BeeCleanSpot, LLC is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return your purchase or receive a refund if you contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date. No questions asked. No restocking fees.

If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. All you have to do is return the bottle and unused product back to us. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the unused product back to us with the carrier of your choice.

To cancel an order please click here for cancelations or email help@beecleanspot.com as soon as possible. If the item has not shipped yet we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them in our warehouse.

We can ship anywhere in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the shipping provider, and cannot guarantee any shipping date provided by the shipping provider.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound when determining prices for shipping.
